Couldn’t get them to block sound

Was super psyched for 31 db nrr
But couldn’t seem to get them working right. Maybe I’ll get a CS rep to reach out and help me sort it out.

The great news is that your earplugs are remoldable, and you can remold them as many times as needed to get the perfect fit. Here are a few quick tips to help you get the best results:

Remolding Tips

Use the smallest silicone tip during molding.
Use two coffee mugs, pour boiling water into each, and place the one mold into each cup (with silicone tips attached and the backplug in) for a full 5 minutes.
The molds should be fully softened before shaping.
After heating, press the mold into your ear (with the silicone tip seated in the canal), and gently press the molding material around your ear’s concha for a complete fit.
Need to smooth any rough edges? Just reheat the molds in hot water for a couple of minutes until slightly soft, then reshape as needed—no full remold required for fine-tuning.

Using Foam Tips
For maximum isolation, switch to the foam tips after molding.
If you need more isolation, try a larger foam tip size.
Be sure to compress the foam before inserting into your ears—this allows it to expand properly and ensures a better seal and longer life for the tips.
If you have any questions during or after remolding, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help and want you to love your earplugs!

Great Concept, Fragile Material

Did not get the chance to use them, so I cannot speak on their performance. However, while trying to mold them to my ear for the first time, the material ripped as I pressed the mold with the pad of my finger. Could be a defective pair, but hesitant to use them now.

Too hard

The ear plugs work great for blocking out noise. They hurt like crazy when you try to sleep on your side! They simply are too hard!

So so

The instructions were easy to follow and the molding process was easy as well. I was just a little disappointed with the amount of sound I can still hear with them in. I purchased them because my husband snores and I was hoping these would allow me to get better quality sleep, but unfortunately it wasn’t the solution for me.

Great for small ears

I have small ears and have had a hard time with plugs that actually block the noise without pain. With these, the part that actually sits inside your ear comes with three different sizes, so you can pick what works best for the size of your ear canal. I wear these at work for hours at a time and they never get uncomfortable. I can take them out and put them back in over and over and never have to fight with them to get them in the right place. I've had them for a few months now and they are still holding up and working great. They were easy to mold as well.
